The Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra organized a seminar on an ecological study of aquatic plants in the Euphrates River in Al-Muthanna Governorate.
The seminar, in which the student Haifa Afrit Jheil lectured, aimed at collecting and diagnosing aquatic plants, knowing the impact of various environmental factors on the growth and diversity of aquatic plants, and determining the distribution and spread of aquatic plants in the Euphrates River.
