The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah organized a symposium on (employee obligations and penalties for violating them in the amended State Employee Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991).
The symposium included a lecture, during which the legal at the college, Ali Mahdi Abbas, presented a definition of the amended Law No. 14 of 1991, the period in which this law was applied, and the method of its implementation.
The symposium discussed the penalties that are imposed on the employee who violates the law, and what are the types of penalties, and the symposium referred to the duties of the employee and how to preserve them by him.
The symposium aims to teach the employee the principles of adherence to the employment law to raise the level of the employee to reach the positive role that state institutions in general and universities aspire to.
