The study aims at the possibility of using bacteria to treat cancer and the study included that cancer is one of the main challenges in the twenty-first century and is considered the second leading cause of death among humans in the world after a heart attack and the increase in the number of cases is not accompanied by sufficient progress in treatment in addition to the Conventional methods of treatment often leads to dangerous side effects, so it is important to find new, qualitative and more effective alternative treatments for cancer treatment , The study included a review of the types of bacterial treatment as live or weakened bacteria or nonpathogenic genetically modified as immunotherapy agents in addition to their compounds that have direct effects as anti-cancer agents.
