The Department of Animal Production at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra organized a symposium entitled “Leave anxiety and train your mind to prepare and motivate yourself to develop yourself and overcome the stresses of life.” The student symposium aimed to clarify the important points that students must follow in overcoming the various pressures of life and keeping pace with the era of the knowledge explosion. The symposium, which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Ithar Abdul Mohsen Al-Mayahi from the College of Education, University of Kufa, included educating the community and students, spreading awareness and assuming responsibilities to overcome life's difficulties and the need to develop personal thinking at all levels. The student symposium recommended educating students to avoid negative thinking and anxiety during the study stages and to look for the positive side in order to succeed and achieve goals.
