| The College of Nursing at the University of Basra organized an expanded meeting in which Dr. Sundus Baqer Dawood, Head of the Fundamentals of Nursing Branch lectured, the first session of the Nursing Fundamentals Branch. The work plan was distributed and the tasks set for the teaching of the branch for the academic year 2020/2021. During the meeting, the transfer to the new building was discussed, the assignments issued for the teaching staff were discussed, the problems resolved, the obstacles to the start of the new academic year were overcome, and the educational platforms trusted by Basra University were identified in addition to knowing the hours that the student could use in the educational platform. The role of the basics branch was also clarified. By hosting the work from other universities and our students when they move to other universities, and how the hosting is calculated. In addition to how to deal with students through the development of practical skills in the Fundamentals of Nursing branch. Through the meeting, the needs of the branch were discussed about practical hours.
