The President of Basrah University, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, participated as a speaker in the Second International Conference on Education and Teaching in Kindergarten Schools to Grade 12 (ICET), which was held in Erbil Governorate.
The President of Basrah University was honored with the Shield of Excellence for his role in supporting the educational process in the governorate's schools.
On the sidelines of the conference, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi held a number of meetings with university presidents and international figures to exchange proposals on the future vision of teaching.
