The College of Education for Pure Sciences, Department of Physics, discussed a master’s thesis on studying the role of electron-phonon coupling in the transfer of spin through a molecular quantum point coupled with ferromagnetic poles.
The thesis presented by the researcher (Nada Kamel Khasaf) included calculating the charge accumulation and spinning on the molecular quantum point, the spin up and down compounds, the spin current, the charge current, the spin compounds to generate heat, the heat generated by the charge and the heat generated by spinning as a function of the most important variables in the system, as well as the calculation of the generated heat as a function of exchange The phonon is in a parallelepiped state on the ferromagnetic poles.
