Failure and completing students must review the college for the purpose of inquiring about the decision of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research based on the approval of His Excellency the Minister to deal with degrees of assistance (the decision of the College Board) for the purpose of reducing the number of courses in which the student failed without requiring that the case be changed from failure to success.
