PhD thesis in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences / College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Basra - An educational program based on infographics and its impact on achievement and digital enlightenment in the subject of educational psychology
For students of the Colleges of Education - for the student (Maan Abdul-Kadhim Naji-Al-Owaidy).
The thesis dealt with (an independent variable, an educational program based on infographics, and the researcher built the two research tools, which consisted of an achievement test consisting of “40” objective test items and (10) essay items, and a digital enlightenment test consisting of “30” objective items, and the current research was limited to students The first stage at the University of Al-Qadisiyah / College of Human Education / Department of History in the subject of educational psychology for departments other than the specialty The researcher used the experimental design with partial control of the research sample)
The thesis aims to reveal (a statement of the effect of an educational program based on infographics on the achievement of educational psychology for students of the faculties of education and their digital enlightenment).
The research resulted in the following results:
1-There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied educational psychology using the infographic-based educational program and the average scores of their peers of the control group who studied in the usual way in the academic achievement test, in favor of the experimental group.
2-There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied educational psychology using the infographic-based educational program and the average scores of their peers of the control group who studied in the usual way in the digital enlightenment test, in favor of the experimental group.
In light of the conclusions, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including:
1-Benefiting from infographic designs in general when designing and updating curricula and contents related to any of the subjects taught in the college.
2-The necessity of holding training courses for specialists in the educational field on the infographic technique in designing and preparing curricula according to the infographic
