An introduction to the nature of the problem related to the duties of the teacher and his role in the educational process, the meaning and nature of the educational process, the characteristics and conditions that should be available to the teacher, the specifications and characteristics of a successful teacher, the relationship of the successful teacher to the student’s achievement, the classroom climate, and the desire to learn. The rights of the teacher over the learner, and the rights of the learner over the teacher.
In the end, the recommendation was to set standards for the teaching profession, similar to the rest of the world, and the duty of the teacher to abide by them, and to hold him accountable in the event of a breach of them. These standards include professional, personal, and ethical characteristics.
