The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basrah organized the third blended international scientific conference entitled (Islamic values and their role in the advancement of human society).
The conference aims to explain the role of Islamic values in the economic development, advancement and reconstruction of human society, as well as highlighting the essential role of Islamic values in reforming societies and spreading tolerance, peaceful coexistence and cooperation among nations.
The conference recommended that university curricula include ethical vocabulary and decisions within the teachers’ preparation in colleges of education, and the preparation of a binding ethical charter for scientific arbitration of educational research, as well as the need to pay attention to the development of ethics in all institutions of society.
