The College of Dentistry at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on regional anesthesia in terms of the sonar device, which concluded its first international conference on head and neck tumors.
The workshop, in which Dr. Nofal Ali Al-Mubarak, anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist, and Dr. Nada Hassan Al-Abadi participated, included a theoretical lecture and practical training with a detailed explanation on a volunteer the method of anesthetizing sensory nerves in the head and neck to treat acute and chronic pain and for operations using modern sonar devices.
The workshop aims to provide the participants with an opportunity to conduct a full examination of the interventions included in the workshop using modern sonar devices.
