The Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning at the University of Basra concluded the first course of the French e-learning project with 9 intensive training workshops that extended for a period of 20 days over a period of 3 hours, in each training workshop on designing and developing an electronic course.
The course, which was held through the means of visual communication, aims to prepare trainees with the skills of formulating educational goals and developing tools for techniques for designing digital educational content.
The course included an explanation of the use of the distance learning platform (MOODLE) and all its resources, the design and integration of assessment of its types into an electronic course, the use of various electronic resources for the electronic course, as well as the University of Basra providing a presentation of the tasks required by the organizer in order to pass the course.
The course was concluded by the presentation of the assistant president of the university for scientific affairs, Prof. Dr. Zaki Ahmed Abdullah, certificates of participation for the Basra University e-learning team, signed by the regional director of the Francophone University Agency, Mr. Jean-Noel Paliot.
