The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basra, the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop on (Stress management with psychological readiness and self-motivation).
The workshop, which was managed by Prof. Dr. Batoul Ghaleb Al-Nahi, which was attended by (Prof. Zainab Faleh Al-Shawi, teaching in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the University of Basra and Prof. Ithar Al-Mayahi, teaching at the University of Kufa).
Prof. Zainab El-Shawy pointed out the importance of positive thinking and introduced students to the principles, basics and qualities of a successful personality.
The most important techniques for building self-confidence are to provide students with the keys to success, as Prof. Ithar Al-Mayahi pointed out to the art of managing psychological stress.

The workshop was attended by the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nofal Kazem and Prof. Nidal Qanbar, Director of Continuing Education, in addition to the presence of the trainees and students from the departments of the Scientific College, knowing that the symposium was the objective of it.
