Opening a new gate and streets in the College of Engineering
The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, opened Gate No. 4 of the College of Engineering and internal streets were implemented under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Ramzy Salim Ali.
The Dean of the College of Engineering said that the opening included the 170-meter-long street near the auditorium complex, and the 100-meter-long street toward the stadium, which was paved with asphalt, in addition to the side pavement using stones (muqarnas) , and the change of the walkway in the garden near the graduation podium, in addition to the opening of a new entrance to the College of Engineering equipped with an electronic gate.
The Assistant Administrative Dean, Dr. Musab Adel Ali, indicated that the opening of the College of engineering entrance and the associated streets comes within the plan set by the college administration.
In addition to rehabilitating and maintaining laboratories and college halls to improve the scientific and service reality, add aesthetics to the interface of the College of Engineering and improve the university environment.
