The Depity Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Hamid Al-Shukri, accompanied by the President of Basrah University, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and members of the council attended the Students-Al-Mina match at the Palm Tree Stadium, which ended in a tie for the two teams.
