The College of Education for Human Sciences distributes masks to the security forces
Within the framework of the work to support the supportive cadres to confront the Corona crisis, the Crisis Cell at the College of Education for Human Sciences produced masks and distributed them free of charge to our security forces stationed to implement the ban and protect the honorable people of Basra. The Director of Public Relations and Media, Dr. Mustafa Jawad, said: On taking a set of measures and measures, the production or sewing of masks and their distribution was one of them, as three batches of masks were produced so far, the first batch of 75 masks was distributed to the security forces stationed in the central checkpoints, while the second batch, numbering 400 masks, was distributed to the training center for fighters in Basra, and the third batch was The number of masks produced in it is 300 masks, and it also took its way to distribution to the security forces for free, according to the agreement with the leaders, which determines the need of the required numbers. He added, “The sewing of these masks was done by self-efforts within the crisis cell in the college and no other party was used.”
It is worth mentioning that this procedure is part of a series of measures taken by the college, such as establishing an interactive crisis cell to manage the psychological situation of society, a cell to manage it in the Qur’an, and another to benefit from the experiences of ancient nations in facing epidemics. These cells have provided many directions and studies that have received good acceptance in this society in addition to the material aspect related to The cell distributes in-kind and financial materials, funded and donated by the distinguished faculty professors
