A master's thesis in the Faculty of Medicine of Basra University discussed the role of serological and urinary cytokines in predicting the recurrence and development of bladder cancer. The research presented by student Fatima Abdul Sattar Musa aims to assess the role of serum levels of 2-ILO, 10-IL, 17-IL and TNF-a in bladder cancer patients. It is estimated that differences in TNF levels between patients and controls and levels between serum and generation show statistical significance, when higher in patients (47.93 ± 30.51); (15.49 ± 3.55) respectively and controls (1.63 ± 0.66); (2.79±2.23) (0.021> P). Research has concluded that these interlockins play a role in predicting the development of bladder cancer or the development of advanced disease.
