The College of Education for Human Sciences organizes a workshop on (Methods of facing psychological fears)
The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Basra, and in cooperation with the College of Education Ibn Rushd, University of Baghdad, organized a workshop on (Methods of Facing Psychological Fears) with the participation of researchers and specialists
The workshop included a lecture presented by Dr. Ashraf Muwafaq Falih, during which he addressed (identifying psychological concerns and their effect on the individual from the psychological and health aspects, and identifying the difference between natural fears and pathological fears and between them and anxiety in the individual)
The workshop discussed the most important types of fear in humans, and explained them in terms of their causes and symptoms, the extent of the relationship of the environment, the individual's upbringing, and the genetic factors in the emergence of these fears
The aim of the workshop is to identify the appropriate psychological and scientific guidance methods and methods to confront these fears, reduce them and treat them, and take the Corona pandemic as a model for people's fears)
