master's thesis at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Basra entitled Ahmad Muhammad al-Numan's life and the political and cultural course in Yemen 1907-1974. The letter presented by the student, Mohsen Nayef Shabib, included four chapters. The first chapter discussed Ahmad Muhammad al-Nu`man's birth, upbringing, and the beginnings of cultural and political activity (1909-1940). The second chapter dealt with Ahmad Muhammad al-Nu`man's political . The third chapter discussed Ahmad Muhammad al-Nu'man's position on political developments in Yemen (1950-1961), and the fourth chapter dealt with Ahmad Muhammad al-Nu'man's political role during the Republican era (1962-1974). The mission aims to highlight the political and cultural role played by Al-Nu'man as one of the most prominent figures in the Yemeni national and political movement in the Yemen Arab Republic. The letter concluded that the personality of Ahmed Muhammad al-Numan played a major role in the political events in Yemen (1909-1974). |
