The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah obtained the ISO 9001: 2015 international system certification.
The ISO 9001 quality management standard is the most prevalent in the world for management systems, in addition to the international standard ISO 9004, which basically helps organizations to meet the demands and expectations of customers.
The ISO 9001 quality management system is based on monitoring the quality level and managing operations in the organization. This standard clarifies the ways in which the services provided at the highest levels can be upgraded, and it also helps to develop the business performance mechanism in various fields.
The Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Rahman Kazem Mohsen, congratulated the staffs for this achievement and for obtaining this certificate after applying everything related to the requirements to reach a solid quality.
