On Thursday morning, 21 July 2022, in the Department of information and knowledge technologies at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah a master thesis entitled ( The reality of the practice of knowledge sharing among faculty members who specialize in information and libraries in Iraqi universities: an exploratory study) was discussed.
The thesis presented by the student Maha Salim Khalaf included four chapters.The first chapter deals with the general framework of the study, the second chapter discusses knowledge management ,
the third chapter deals with the practical aspect, and the fourth chapter deals with the results and recommendations.
The thesis aims to identify the level of practice in knowledge sharing fields among faculty members who specialize in information and libraries in Iraqi universities.
The thesis concluded :
1- There is a partnership between faculty members who specialize in information and libraries about research consultancies among themselves and they share a constructive scientific dialogue, which leads to an increase in scientific skills.
2- Faculty members who specialize in information and libraries are ready to offer and provide scientific assistance to others.
