Madyan Hadi Ali and Dr. Rafid Noori Rajab and Mahmood Jassim Al Khafaji published a paper entitled Determination of Petrophysical Parameters using Well Logs for Mishrif Formation in F Oil Field Southern Iraq in the Iraqi Geological Journal, which is indexed in Scopus/Web of Science database.
This research aims to identify and analyze the Mishrif Formation's reservoir units and subunits in the F oilfield, using mostly well-logging data and other accessible geological data. The Petrophysical and lithological parameters of each unit of the Mishrif Formation are determined using data from the F-X1, F-X2, and F-X3 wells to evaluate the water saturation for each unit.
