Discussion of PhD thesis at the University of Basrah entitled Fabrication of Organic Field Effect Transistor )OFET (Conducting Polymer and Application as Enzyme Urea Sensor
A PhD thesis titled Fabrication of Organic Field Effect Transistor )OFET(Conducting Polymer and Application as Enzyme Urea Sensor was defended at College of Science, Department of physics on )July 28, 2022), for the PhD Candidate Manal Zeki Rajab. The aim of the thesis is A sensor was fabricated from a OFET, where the transistor acted as a sensor for the urea enzyme. Sensor for resistance was manufactured when comparing the measurement of current-voltage before immobilized the enzyme on the surface of the polymer and after immobilizing the enzyme on the polymer.
