The thesis dealt with the actual reality of the educational workforce in the district of Qurna for the year 2021 and to refer to previous years whenever necessary.
The study aims to identify the size and distribution of the educational workforce in the district of Qurna at the level of administrative units and the environment, reveal the picture of the geographical distribution of these forces within educational institutions for the year 2021 and indicate their functional types, and identify the characteristics of the qualitative, age, professional, educational and marital structure and the motives of their spatial distribution, and reveal the efficiency of the distribution of forces. The educational workforce and its conformity with the level of the local standard, and to indicate the future need for these forces by indicating the future estimates of the number of pupils and students until the year 2036. And then revealing the problems of the educational workforce in the Qurna district center and Al-Thaghr sub-district, and ways to solve those problems .
