Constant Time Synergistic Control to Prevent Disorder in the Glucose-Insulin System
In this research, the researchers dealt with controlling the phenomenon of disorder that occurs in the glucose-insulin system, the symptoms of which appear in patients with type 1 diabetes (T1D). An immunized booster controller with a specific response time that does not depend on the initial state is designed to control the levels of glucose (sugar) in the blood of patients with type 1 diabetes. One of the advantages of the proposed controller is the soft effect without the rapid oscillation that usually accompanies impervious controllers. It also has the ability to stabilize the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood within the normal limits with a fixed response time that can be controlled.
One of the most prominent features of the proposed controller is the possibility of using it in the manufacture of artificial pancreas to control the level of diabetes in the blood by injecting insulin automatically without patient intervention, which ensures higher efficiency and patient safety.
