The teaching staff of the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Basra (Assistant Professor Dr. Abdulkarim Ghali Mohsen) (Member) participated in the discussion committee for the master’s student (Heba Farhan Rahim) on (the effect of the method of cognitive reconstruction in reducing preventive discoloration among female employees of the College of Education, Al-Mustansiriya University) and The thesis aimed to identify the effect of the method of cognitive reconstruction in reducing the protective discoloration of the female employees of Al-Mustansiriya University. (10) a control group and (10) an experimental group. The researcher built a preventive chromatography scale following the methodology in construction. She also built an indicative program according to the method of cognitive reconstruction, and the researcher concluded that there is an effect of the program in the sample of the experiment.
