The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah organized a workshop in cooperation with the Volunteer Hope Engineers team on (Stress Management and How to Deal with Stressful Social Situations) presented by the internationally accredited coach and trainer, Al-Sittah Zainab Rahim Al-Moussawi.
The workshop aims to educate students and explain solutions to the problems that revolve in our society frequently because of the tension they have from various things
The workshop included talking about the methods and problems that a person faces when stressed, things related to stress, and the methods that each person does when stressful, raising the morale of students and teaching them the means to be taken when stressful, such as relaxing, sleeping, listening to music, in addition to the positives and negatives of stress.
