The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of the electronic form for transferring international students from outside Iraq on the private (governmental and private) international morning education channel for the academic year 2022/2023.
The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up explained that the application procedures are done through its portal (http://www.dirasat-gate.org) and will continue until 29/9/2022, and at the same time, it invites students to review the transfer controls and the application mechanism and steps installed in the application portal.
