The workshop included a lecture presented by Dr. (Mahmoud Shaker Abdullah), during which he dealt with clarifying the concept of psychological counseling and presenting its definitions and what it confirms, as well as the definition of psychological crises and their historical background and indicative intervention in crises
The workshop discussed: The role of counseling that aims to understand the individual's potential and capabilities, and that the guiding relationship between the mentor and the mentor is a cooperative relationship and has its consequences in the process.
