The thesis aims to propose new proposals for optical computing of DNA that combines two techniques - DNA computing and optical computing. It is a modern idea of optical computing based on the application of a binary number system BMSD rate (-1, 0, 1) the numbers are encoded through a series of DNA nucleotide sequences
The thesis discussed research and simulation of four new designs, the first is called the molecular beacon optical processor - DNA strand, the second processor is called the partial optical processor DNA strand, the third is called the complementary optical processor is the DNA strand, and the fourth processor is a hybrid optical DNA processor that It needs 32 strands of DNA for each bit to perform the addition process, and this design is able to achieve three addition operations and also perform the multiplication process, which needs 7 DNA loops / bits. Therefore, the design is capable of achieving three multiplication operations. This design is distinguished from previous designs as it Reuse all sutures after each cycle Stable gate filaments can be reused by cleaning the diode and maintaining the straight structure of the gate molecule table.
