A master’s thesis at the College of Engineering at the University of Basra examined (Designing a control system on the level of oil in the natural gas industry) by student Adiba Karim Hammadi. The thesis dealt with a study of how to use artificial intelligence in this field, so artificial intelligence methods were invested represented in the fuzzy logic method to control the oil level. This is because it is an accurate, fast, and cheap method that achieves the desired goal. This method is used by manipulating the level controllers variable in the insulators. The simulation studies are carried out on the basis of the developed model using the MATLAB 2010 simulation program. The behavior of the system has been studied in terms of response time (error steady state, specific rise time, traversal). The results showed the robustness and efficiency of software and hardware and proved the validity of the theoretical results.
