The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah held a scientific lecture on whether scientists or historians discovered chaos? In the seminar, the lecturer, Assistant Professor Dr. Fadel Rahma Taher, touched on the origin of chaos theory and the scientific and historical view that prevailed until the middle of the twentieth century. He also presented part of the applications of theory in engineering systems, which were implemented in the Chaos and complex systems laboratory in the Department of Electrical Engineering.
