On Wednesday morning, 24/8/2022, in the Department of Arabic language at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah a master thesis entitled (The influence of context in the grammatical guidance in the books of the expression of the Holy Quran in the modern era) was discussed.
The thesis presented by the student Ahmed Odeh Abdel Hussein included three chapters. The first chapter discussed the impact of context on the guidance of probabilistic constructions, the second chapter included the impact of context on the guidance of the semantics of sentence adverbs, and the third chapter discussed the impact of context on the guidance of the semantics of linking tools.
The thesis concluded :
1-The modern expositors of the Holy Quran presented an integrated contextual vision in the grammatical guidance, based on the grammatical analysis , and the dismantling of phrases and sentences , and relying on the apparent meaning of the holy text , and the context is an essential pillar in the expression , even if it violates the grammatical rule.
2-The study found that the multiplicity of grammatical aspects is evidence of the miracle of the Holy Qur'an , and this is one of the semantic openness of the singular, with the meanings assigned to the text that are current at every time and place.
