The Educational Guidance and Psychological Care Center organized a training course for the supervisors of dormitories on the Garmat Ali Colleges complex on the art of the supervisor's interaction with the university student.
The course aimed to develop the supervisors' skills in psychological and counseling dealings with the university student in preparation for the beginning of the new academic year.
The course included an explanation of the most important correct scientific methods that the supervisor must follow in dealing with the student and how to develop the supervisor’s psychological flexibility skill in overcoming crises and problems and the most important qualities that help the supervisor to be flexible.
