Topic & Abstract: The dissertation tackles the approach of the people of the house (peace be upon them) in dealing with the sources of intellectual deviation and its impact on preserving the heritage , the steps of the people of the house in qualifying the competencies to preserve the intellectual heritage ,and showing their methods of preserving the intellectual heritage ,and the importance of the codification approach in preserving the intellectual heritage of the people of the house .
Dissertation Outline:The dissertation falls into Four chapters . chapter One . The first chapter has dealt with an approach followed in dealing with the sources of intellectual deviation and its impact on maintaining the heritage , The second has shed light on the steps that were encouraged by the People of the House’s [of Prophet] (PBUT) in qualifying competencies to maintain the intellectual heritage, As to the third chapter, it has elaborated on techniques used in maintaining the intellectual heritage, Finally, chapter four has referred to the inscription methods adopted in maintaining the intellectual heritage of the People of the House’s [of Prophet] (PBUT).
