The instructor at the College of Law at the University of Basrah, Etidal Abdul-Baqi Yousef Al-Adb, participated in the international conference that was held at the College of Law at the University of Warith Al-Anbiya, Al-Muthanna University and Karbala University.
The participation included a research paper titled “Guarantees of the Parties to the Arbitration Contract,” which dealt with the most important guarantees enjoyed by the parties to the international arbitration contract and the most important parties to the arbitration contract, which is represented in the dismissal of the arbitrator or his dismissal or judicial oversight and the problems in the application and what are the proposed solutions to solve them.
It is worth mentioning that the research was judged by a specialized committee.
