A scientific study was researched at the University of Basrah, prepared by researchers Dr. Sahar Abdul-Abbas Malik Al-Saadi and researcher Shams Muhammad Abdul-Rasoul in the College of Science at the University of Basrah, entitled (Chemical composition and antioxidant activity of the wormwood plant Artemisia herba-alba).
The study, which was published in the journal Iran.J.Ichthyol, and is classified within SCO containers, showed the classification number q3.
The study included a study of the active compounds of volatile oils and the antioxidant activity of Artemisia herba-alba, as well as a study of the antioxidant activity of volatile oil.
