The Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra organized a seminar on the diversity of aquatic and semi-aquatic insects in the eastern Hammar Marsh.
The episode in which the postgraduate / master's student (Zahraa Abdel-Baqi Lafta) lectured touched on the recording of eight types of the ranks of semi-winged, collegial, bi-winged, and tremors.
The study recommended conducting additional studies for the eastern Hammar marsh, related to knowing the reasons for the disappearance of common aquatic species and the deterioration of vegetation cover.
