The nature of the available information on the subject required that the study be divided into an introduction, a preface, three chapters and a conclusion, the preface came with a brief summary of the method of preference and discrimination to clarify the concept of preference and discrimination, while the chapters of the study, the first chapter was entitled: Motives of preference and discrimination in the method of authority, while the second chapter looked at the methods followed by the ruling authorities in the method of preference and discrimination, The third chapter was entitled Implications and Implications of the Policy of Preference and Discrimination.
The letter concluded a set of results, the most important of which was that the Muslim community became living in a state of class inequality, and racial discrimination was reflected in the social reality of non-Arabs through beatings, physical abuse and killing, and left the politicians of discrimination defenseless.
