The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah equipped its buildings with fire extinguishers in order to preserve the college's property.
the administrative assistant, Prof. Dr. Daoud Gloub Hillel said : We have equipped the buildings with fire extinguishers within the periodic civil defense plan to follow up on public safety, as nearly (50) fire extinguishers were installed in all the college buildings.
