The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah organized its evaluative conference for the academic year 2020/2021_2021/2022 and in the presence of the Deans, the Dean’s Assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the teaching staff, the heads of departments and the faculty members.
The conference began with a speech by the Dean, during which he explained that the goal of holding the conference is to evaluate the scientific and administrative process and to identify the positive activities and compare them with previous years. The conference also seeks to reveal the most important obstacles and find successful solutions to them.
At the conference, the scientific and administrative path of the college for the past two years was reviewed, starting with the success rates, the registration of research and its publication on international websites, the completion of the curricula, scientific activities, publications and voluntary work. As well as the rights and duties of the faculty member.
The conference dealt with two axes, the scientific axis presented by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Moaz Muhammad, who gave a detailed explanation of the conference, which included a research method in which a number of scientific matters were presented and discussed.
