A ceremony was held at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to receive and hand over the ministerial portfolio, which was received by Dr. Naim Abdel Yasser Al-Aboudi, after Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib.
During the official session the Minister of Education stressed his keenness to cooperate in the higher education and scientific research system and its universities and to work in accordance with programs and policies that ensure the distribution of responsibilities and tasks in a thoughtful manner and the development of the spirit of successful teamwork.
In his speech, he explained the importance of integration and positive building tracks on the indicators achieved in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which are of strategic importance in terms of supporting the public and private sectors with capabilities and competent human resources and providing visions, consultations and scientific solutions in various fields, stressing that there is no choice at this stage but success and service provision which all Iraqis look forward to.
He extended his thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib for his efforts, while the latter expressed his optimism for the keenness shown by the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi in managing the university educational institution, developing its tasks, and diagnosing the needs of the public and private sectors in terms of requirements that serve the state and society.
