I discussed a panel discussion at the Faculty of Pharmacy at University of Basrah (experience of studying in sober international universities and the extent of Achieving the required goals) and Dr. Haidar Abdul Karim Al Wafi reasons for the difference in the scientific and administrative level between the sober international universities and iraqi universities and was the professor graduating from those universities able to melt And reduce those differences in administrative and scientific reality in addition to what is the level of interaction of the professor graduated from those Universities with his college colleagues to provide scientific and administrative reality as he discussed the administrative and scientific plans and programs that That professor brought it up to the realists. Al-Wafi recommended how to make scientific contracts as a doctoral project with these universities and international companies and motivate fellows of master's degree to apply for a phD in Iraq or Outside and at the same level in addition to motivating all the faculty professors to learn to run all scientific devices in Laboratories to work on scientific research or supervise specific studies
