He listened to the inquiries made by the citizens, instructing at the same time to intensify the communication channels and organize the timings related to the completion of transactions and requests so that the citizens, whether they are teachers, employees or students, can actually identify the indicators of community service.
The Minister of Higher Education stressed the ministry's keenness to overcome the procedural paths according to the contexts that take into account the legal aspect and ensure flexibility in dealing with different cases.
