University of Basra College of Dentistry
Documents required to register first stage students for the academic year 2022-2023
1. Entering the university’s website and registering through the link or entering the form from the link below: -

2. The middle school document certified by the Education + 3 color copies, in case the document is not available at the present time: it is allowed to (confirmation of grades / original copy only) addressed to Basra University / College of Dentistry, and certified by Education exclusively.
3. The student’s nationality and citizenship certificate (or (national card) + residence card + parents’ nationality (copied one copy on one sheet)
4. Guarantor's guarantee (with the presence of the sponsor) + endorsement from the sponsor's department + a photocopy of the sponsor's ID.
5. The original medical examination form.
6. A CD contains the above documents.
7. A recent personal photo of the student (6) (write the triple name behind the photos).
8. A copy of the Central Admission List.
9. The original school card.
10. A copy of the vaccination card (covid 19).
