The Educational Counseling and Psychological Guidance Unit in the Deanship of the College of Arts, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah, and the Iranian International Center for Education and Studies, held a ceremony honoring the top students for the two studies (morning and evening) for all scientific departments in the College of Arts.
