The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the launch of the electronic window for the transfer of the sons and daughters of the academic teaching personnel who got accepted within the general channel for central admission for the academic year 2023/2022.
Students who are accepted outside their governorate of residence are entitled to transfer to the corresponding study in the colleges and institutes where they live, provided that the difference in their average does not exceed the minimum for admission to the college/department to which they want to transfer by five degrees.
The Ministry has set the regulations for transferring students from the sons of the academic teaching personnel who hold the specific degrees from master’s and PHDs holders within the permanent ownership of governmental and private universities, and the sons and daughters of those holders of higher degrees (PhD only) who are affiliated with the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the kin of the academic teaching personnel of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) colleges and the Great Imam College (May God have mercy on him exclusively.)
