A Master thesis titled (Preparation of Silicon nanowires for Photoelectrochemical cell and water splitting application) was defended at the College of Science, Department of physics on 2/11 12/ 2022 for the postgraduate Candidate zainab kadhim ali The aim of the thesis is The study aims to prepare silicon wires and study their physical properties. The method of producing hydrogen by separating water by using nano-electrodes in the photoelectrochemical cell was discussed and the most important factors on which the cell depends.
