The College of Engineering at the University of Basrah announced the operation of the boiler device in the Refractories Laboratory, which was donated by the Basra Gas Company to the college within the memorandum of understanding signed between the University of Basrah and the Basra Gas Company.
Malcolm Mays, director of Basra Gas Company, indicated that the donated device will operate 14 educational stations for students inside the laboratory, as the laboratory has been modernized to serve students from undergraduate and postgraduate studies and give an appropriate opportunity for students to study and conduct practical experiments and scientific research, increase efficiency and expertise and reach the educational and academic required position.
